Bill started the company with a focus on construction for community programs, educational buildings, recreational facilities and single family homes. From the beginning, his “commitment to quality” created a reputation for exceeding expectations through superior quality work. Under Bill’s direction, Voeller Construction has to its credit; mid-rise, deep foundation, ocean¬front multi-family residential, commercial structures, industrial build-outs, office buildings, medical buildings, dormitories, financial institutions, retail centers and religious facilities. His extensive knowledge, leadership, and demand for his employees to honor the core values that made Voeller Construction successful has been integral to the success of each project.

As a Certified Public Accountant specializing in the real estate and hospitality industries, Jere Gulau has provided accounting and tax services for a variety of hospitality and real estate companies. He has also consulted and provided feasibility studies on projects involving turnaround opportunities, product development and portfolio analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ferris State University and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from American University.

Roxanne has 24 years experience in business administration. Her experience includes 10 years of job cost accounting for the NY Public School System, and 11 years of construction job cost accounting. Among her main responsibilities with Voeller are managing bank accounts, insurance compliance, job cost accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Tom has over 10 years experience in all aspects of project management and administration; 6 of which have been spent coordinating finalization of custom residential homes. Tom is a major part of our Project Team, managing field supervisors and subcontractors to insure completion of each phase of the project in a timely manner. His experience and duties include buy-out, contract negotiations, scheduling, correspondence with the architects and engineers, cost management and close out.

Ray has 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. He owned his own Construction Company for 15 years in Seattle specializing in luxury remodeling and renovation. Since moving to Florida in 1998 he has worked as a Construction Manager. His experience includes residential and commercial projects with some structures as tall as 10 stories. His resume includes remodeling bank branches for Washington Mutual in 3 states, a Wachovia Bank on US 60 in Florida,from the ground up, two projects for Stetson University (Student Center in Gulf Port, FL and educational building in Tampa, FL),
Windward Passage (a 55-unit condominium in Clearwater, FL) and Petsmart in Spring Hill, FL. Ray is skilled in projects utilizing deep foundations, post-tension slab and hollow core construction. In Seattle, Ray managed the renovation of 3 Historical buildings at Pioneer Square for a private owner. He has managed restoration projects as large as 388,000 square feet for commercial clients.

Andrew has over 18 year experience in the construction industry.  His varied experience includes fire protection systems, pipe fitter and formal superintendent / foreman training.  He has acted as foreman on several mid-rise concrete residential projects and the Suncoast Superdome.
