He has also consulted and provided feasibility studies on projects involving turnaround opportunities, product development and portfolio analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ferris State University and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from American University.

Ray has 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. He owned his own Construction Company for 15 years in Seattle specializing in luxury remodeling and renovation. Since moving to Florida in 1998 he has worked as a Construction Manager. His experience includes residential and commercial projects with some structures as tall as 10 stories. His resume includes remodeling bank branches for Washington Mutual in 3 states, a Wachovia Bank on US 60 in Florida,from the ground up, two projects for Stetson University (Student Center in Gulf Port, FL and educational building in Tampa, FL),
