Florida College - Education

Florida College project consists of two buildings. The new Boswell Hall is a four-story, 200 bed stand alone residence hall, Sutton Hall is a three-story, 90 bed addition to the existing building. Both buildings are constructed with deep foundations, concrete beams, hollow core floor systems and concrete block  

Mix-use Retail – Commercial

Marticorena Creations is located in the heart of Dunedin, Florida. This mixed-use complex consists of a blend of residential and retail construction. Voeller Construction worked closely with the Owner to fulfill every desire and requirement for the high-end development who’s primary retail tenant is an upscale jeweler.

Office/Retail Building – Renovation / Build-out

This 13,600 SF exterior renovation and conversion of a large restaurant plaza was completed while several retail clients continued operation. The exterior Spanish Mission facade was redesigned into a Key West style, while the large restaurant was custom designed to accommodate a large real estate operation with over twenty executive offices, conference rooms and large computer lab.

Salon - Commercial

This was a true design build project. In working with the owner we developed a basic plan, as construction ensued we modified and changed to meet the owners every need. This was a two phased project. From a stand alone commercial building, to a large addition, to the existing business. Site work was extensive for this project.

Physical Therapy Center – Commercial

This 5,500 SF design build project was done in conjunction with the above salon to coordinate the exteriors. Although the small site posed several challenges in the building design, the building included all Owners specified requirements. The value engineering during the design phase of the project enable Voeller Construction to deliver the project on time and under budget.

Assisted Living Facility – Commercial Medical

This ALF is a 18 bed skilled nursing facility. The building and grounds were constructed to comply with all ADA codes and regulations. The facility includes med rooms, nursing stations, a large cafeteria and industrial kitchen, physical therapy area and a state of the art communication system.

Build-out - Industrial

40,000 Square foot industrial build out for a government defense contractor with high security levels. This Project included custom reception area, office space, break room, computer lab and clean rooms.

VPS Properties – Offices & Warehouse Space

VPS Properties is a 15,000 square foot Design Build project in Palm Harbor, Florida. The project was constructed using a metal building with a stucco facade and houses three custom designed office spaces with three large warehouses. Special approvals and conditions with state and local government had to be met due to the close proximity to protected wetlands.

Office – Commercial Conversion

This office was converted from a private home to commercial office with an 8,000 square foot addition. The project included zoning changes with the county before construction could begin. Upon approval the interior was custom designed to meet the clients needs. Extensive site work was needed to create parking to blend in with the existing park like setting.

Columbarium - Commercial

This was Voeller Constructions first columbarium. The 5,000 square foot structure consisted of cast in place concrete with associated site work.

Clinic - Commercial

This design building project was a 6,000 square foot medical office was slab on grade construction. It housed a large patient waiting area, doctors offices, exam rooms, med room, lab and out patient surgery center.
